- Take I-95 North into Pennsylvania.
- Leave I-95 at Exit 7 just north of Chester, PA onto I-476 North toward Plymouth Meeting. I-476 is known as the Mid-County Expressway or the "Blue Route."
- Continue on I-476 through the PA Turnpike toll booths.
- Beyond the toll booths, stay right for Exit 20, I-276 East, the PA Turnpike, toward New Jersey.
- Leave the Turnpike at Exit 343, Willow Grove, and follow the Directions from Pennsylvania Turnpike immediately below.

- Leave the Turnpike at Exit 343, Willow Grove.
- Beyond the toll booth take the first right for PA 611 North toward Doylestown, to the first traffic light; it is about a city block.
- At this light turn right (a very sharp right) onto Mill Road. Continue on this road. When you pass the first traffic signal the name will change to Warminster Road, then there are traffic signals at Chelsea Road, Byberry Road and County Line Road, where Warminster Road dead-ends.
- Turn left onto County Line Road and continue in the right lane for several blocks to the first traffic signal.
- At this light, turn right onto PA 332, Jacksonville Road. Continue on PA 332. The first traffic signal is for Van Horn Drive, the second for a SEPTA station, the third for a WallMart store, the fourth for Street Road, PA 132, the fifth for Veterans Way, the sixth for Johnsville Boulevard, the seventh for Bristol Road.
- Turn right onto Bristol Road, and proceed to the first traffic signal.
- At this signal, turn left onto Hatboro Road.
- Before reaching the first traffic signal on Hatboro Road, a left turn lane will appear. Use that lane to turn left into the entrance drive for St. Vincent de Paul Church; you will see the Rectory and the Church beyond the entrance drive.
St. Vincent de Paul Church is about 15 minutes from the Willow Grove Interchange of the Turnpike.

- Take I-95 to Exit 49, Newtown, PA 332.
- At the exit turn on PA 332 West toward Newtown. This is the Newtown Bypass, a four lane highway. West of Newtown, approximately 3.5 miles after leaving I-95, route PA 332 turns left, leaving the bypass.
- Turn left to continue on PA 332. Continue past Tyler State Park and PA 232, Second Street Pike. The first traffic signal past PA 232 is Hatboro Road.
- Turn left onto Hatboro Road.
- Continue on Hatboro Road for approximately one city block to the traffic signal at Tanyard Road; the signal also marks the Church's exit drive. Continue on Hatboro Road past the Church and the Rectory, and turn right into the entrance driveway of St. Vincent de Paul Church.
St. Vincent de Paul Church is about 12 minutes from I-95.

- Take PA 232 North; this is Oxford Avenue in the city, then Huntingdon Pike, then Second Street Pike.
- Cross PA 132, Street Road, in Southampton, remaining on PA 232 until the fourth traffic signal past Street Road. The first signal is for Maple Avenue and Tamanend Park, the second for Bristol Road, the third for New Road, and the fourth for Tanyard Road. The distance from Street Road to Tanyard Road is approximately 2.7 miles. Turn left onto Tanyard Road.
- Continue on Tanyard Road to the next traffic signal at Hatboro Road; the Church's exit drive is directly in front of you. Turn left onto Hatboro Road.
- Continue on Hatboro Road past the Church and the Rectory, and turn right into the entrance driveway of St. Vincent de Paul Church.

- Leave the Turnpike at Exit 7A, I-195.
- Take I-195 West toward Trenton.
- When I-195 meets I-295, take I-295 North.
- At the interchange with US-1, I-295 North becomes I-95 South. Continue on I-95 South to the second exit in Pennsylvania, Exit 49, PA-332 and Newtown.

- Take Almshouse Road east from Easton Road, PA-611.
- At the third traffic signal past Old York Road, PA-263, turn right onto Hatboro Road. Tanner's Store is at this intersection.
- Continue on Hatboro Road for approximately one city block to the traffic signal at Tanyard Road; the signal also marks the Church's exit drive. Continue on Hatboro Road past the Church and the Rectory, and turn right into the entrance driveway of St. Vincent de Paul Church.

Via Bristol Road
- Take Bristol Road east from US-202.
- At the second traffic signal past Old York Road, PA-263, turn left onto Jacksonville Road, PA 332 East.
- At the first traffic signal, just less than one mile, turn right onto Pulinski Road. The Jacksonville Road Industrial Park will be on your left.
- Continue on Pulinski Road until the dead end at Hatboro Road and turn left onto Hatboro Road.
- Before reaching the first traffic signal on Hatboro Road, a left turn lane will appear. Use that lane to turn left into the entrance drive for St. Vincent de Paul Church; you will see the Rectory and the Church beyond the entrance drive.
